As a crucial part of Southeastern University, the Barnett College of Ministry and Theology (BCMT) strives to train and teach Pastors, Theologians, and Ministers to be able to navigate the ever changing global and spiritual climate within a solid Pentecostal tradition in order to grow the body of Christ.

This blog, Ecclēsiam, is an outpouring of that mission. We write in order to connect current students, alumni, the church and its leaders, and all those who are striving to learn more about our Creator through the practical and theological research coming out of our college’s faculty and students. To do so, this blog will focus on five main areas: “The Church”, “The Inner Life”, “Theology and Bible”, “Current Topics”, and a section devoted to current students’, both undergraduate and graduate, writing called the “Student Symposium”. We hope that you will come back weekly to join in on the conversation as one new article will be posted each week within one of the aforementioned sections.
